Since 1 October 2025 wifi is complimentary for Business Class and Diamond/Gold/Silver Infinity MileageLands members and paid otherwise (from about US$2 for 30 minutes up to US$39.95 for 1GB); a free-browsing promotion still covers some routes until 31 Aug 2026.
Can you make video calls on EVA Air Wi-Fi?
Not reliably. EVA Air's wifi runs over high-orbit satellite, where the roughly 600 ms round trip breaks live calls even when browsing is fine.
